We prefer to set our clients up on QuickBooks as we feel this is the most effective package for the needs of charitable organisations; however our team is versed in using other packages such as Sage and Oracle if necessary.

CASE Accountancy Services will provide a monthly or quarterly management information pack depending on the needs of the organisation this will include various reports important to allow the client to make effective strategic decisions.

Payroll

Our payroll services are flexible and effective to charities. We take care of the administration and submission of paper works to relevant authorities.

Our process starts by setting up a payroll system and then on a monthly or weekly basis you submit payment details, as well as changes regarding your employees. We will send you payslips describing various deductions and payments to staff, HMRC or other authorities.

Accounts Preparation

By using your bookkeeping records we prepare your annual accounts in accordance with the recommended statutory format.

Our aim of is to provide a clear picture of your charity's activities and financial position by preparing annual report and accounts which will define your aims and activities clearly, you will be able to manage your finances well which will help you to ensure that your organisation is progressing.

Many authorities will require a copy of your annual accounts, such as companies house and the charities commission further more a good set of charity accounts will allow funders to gain an understanding of the charity's financial state which will help them to make the decision on providing further funding in the future.
